Fish:
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, making sure that the spices are well combined.
Place in a dry skillet and heat until for 2-3 minutes on medium heat to bring out the oils in your spice blend. Pour onto a shallow plate to cool.
Rub the halibut with olive oil and then dredge the halibut in the dry spices.
Place fish onto the grill and turn ¼ turn for criss cross grill marks.
Cook 4 minutes on each side and set aside.
Salad:
Chop fresh cilantro and set aside.
Peel the mango and cut into long slices.
Peel and slice the onions and cucumbers into long strips as well.
In a bowl put all of the salad ingredients and toss with cayenne pepper and cilantro.
Place the salad in the center of the plate and top with the halibut.
