Crock Pot Turkey
Boneless Turkey Breast 5#
Celery 1 stalk
Carrot 1 pc
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Butter 4 oz
Chicken Broth 1 cup
Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the turkey with cinnamon and salt and pepper.
Roughly chop the onion, celery, carrot and place in the crock pot. Place the turkey and pour the chicken broth and butter pieces.
Cook for 5 hours or till a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
Sour Cream Pancakes with Peach sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
· 7 tablespoons all-purpose flour
· ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Maple syrup
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Crack the two eggs into the dry and stir till it forms a paste then add in the milk and vanilla.
Place onto to a griddle and flip when one side is golden brown. Then place on the plate.
· Fresh fruit (raspberry or strawberry or peaches)
· Orange juice or Prosecco
In a saute pan place the sugar and butter and melt till syrup is made, then incorporate the fruit. Cook till the fruit becomes soft then add in the orange juice. Reduce till a thick syrup is formed and pour over the pancakes.
